If you would like to capture your child’s first day of school photograph in style, our walk-in school portrait service might be just the thing. Every year, we take block out space in the studio for short pupil portrait sessions.
No need to be caught out by school photo day ever again. More than once we’ve been blissfully unaware of the fact they were happening until weeks later when the proof shows up. The proof that seemed to have been taken on the day we couldn’t find the jumper that fit and their hair was much longer than we ever remember it getting. Or worse still… they’ve pulled a very uncharacteristic face and been chewing a leaky pen.
Our walk-in, first day of school photograph sessions are appointment based and held around the main back-to-school dates (although you can ask for one at any time). Your appointment will last 5 – 10 minutes and we’ll take two or three similarly posed pupil portraits against a standard school photo backdrop. The sessions are flexible, so you can bring along siblings and pre-schoolers to get in on the act. There’s no sitting fee and there’s no obligation to buy a photograph.

Within a day or two of your session, you’ll get access to our private online gallery where you can view your images. We have great value mounted school portrait packs to choose from, but if you wish, you can buy unmounted individual prints or digital downloads.
